Today I found myself asking that very question. For some reason my phone stopped working. Firstly it lost all 3G signal as did other peoples’ phones who are on Orange, but then my phone just kept freezing and crashing. I kept thinking that perhaps my phone had been mistakenly blocked by the network provider. It was about half past seven when I finally regained full signal and operational use of my phone. It was very strange. No complaint against Orange by any stretch of the imagination as sometimes the aerials that provide the signal need servicing etc, but for the phone to go so crazy at the same time, just made me question what was going on (just in my head though).

It did highlight one thing to me though, as my mobile phone and mobile broadband are with the same operator (as I have a business deal with them) when these things do happen, it leaves me in a position of having no phone or broadband – so I sincerely hope that it doesn’t happen again too soon!

While speaking of Orange, I was pleased to learn that they are getting the iphone. I think in the future I’d like one, for now I am very happy with my smartphone, it does calls, text, email, internet, wi-fi, office. It really is like having a palm sized computer except without Windows!

Right, I’m off to bed now, I’ve been working on the IQP website for a while this evening and I am shattered now.
